Welcome to Shikha Farzanali! Our styling services and website are operated by
ANUSUR Digital Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide styling services,
personalized style plans, ebooks and free style resources through this website. By
accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms
& Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services or making a
purchase.

1. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

1:1 Virtual Styling Session

1-hour discovery call via Zoom.
Personalized style plan delivered within 1–2 business days, including:
- Style snapshot that’ll give a clear overview of your personal style
- Styling tips tailored to your body type and proportions
- Curated selection of new wardrobe pieces
- Outfit formulas created exclusively with the new pieces
- A capsule wardrobe

E-books

Available for purchase via third-party platforms (e.g., Gumroad, Topmate).
Purchases, payments, and delivery of ebooks are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the platform used.
Ebook Purchases via Third-Party Platforms
Digital product purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Gumroad, Topmate) are subject to the platform’s terms, policies, and delivery processes. By purchasing an ebook, you agree that the platform may share your name and email with us for order fulfilment. If you opt in to receive marketing from us, you consent to receive promotional emails; you can unsubscribe at any time. We are not responsible for how the platform collects or uses your data — please review the platform’s privacy policy.

2. Booking & Payments

All paid sessions must be booked and paid through our website.

All paid styling sessions must be booked and paid through our website.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay).
Ebooks are sold and delivered through Gumroad or Topmate, and those platforms handle payment, delivery, and account security. Their respective Terms & Conditions and refund policies apply.
We do not store your card or payment information.
Booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide a valid email address; we are not
responsible for missed communications due to incorrect contact information.
In case of technical issues during payment, clients should contact us
immediately at hello@farzanalistudio.com

3. Delivery of Services

Personalized style plans are delivered via email within 1–2 business days after the session.
Virtual sessions are conducted via Zoom (or another agreed platform) at the scheduled date and time.
Ebooks purchased through Gumroad or Topmate are delivered by those platforms directly. Any issues with downloading or accessing ebooks should be addressed to the platform’s support team.
Clients are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring
they can access the session platform. We are not responsible for delays
caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues on the client’s side.
Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to unforeseen
circumstances. Clients will be informed of any delays promptly.
Personalized style plans are designed for individual use..

4. Refunds & Cancellations

All payments for styling sessions and personalized style plans are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled once by emailing hello@farzanalistudio.com, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions missed or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment cannot be refunded or moved.
Free resources are non-refundable and provided as-is.
Ebooks: All ebook sales are final. Refunds or cancellations for ebook purchases are governed by the policies of Gumroad and Topmate, and we do not control or process them.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information (e.g., measurements, style preferences) to ensure a tailored experience.
Join scheduled Zoom sessions on time. Two or more no-shows may result in service cancellation without refund.
Respect intellectual property: PDF plans, recommendations, and other resources are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, sold, or redistributed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services and website, including ebooks, PDFs, images, text, and designs, is the property of Shikha Farzanali (operated by ANUSUR Digital Services) or used with permission.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide style guidance, resources, and recommendations; results may vary based on individual preferences and body types.
For ebooks purchased via Gumroad or Topmate, we are not liable for technical issues, payment errors, or failures caused by those platforms. Users must refer to their customer support for resolution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from your use of our services, ebooks, or recommendations.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By booking a session, signing up for a resource, or purchasing an ebook, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India for any disputes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated terms will be posted on the website, with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
